Meet Kendall Coleman, a seasoned Waiver Provider with over 23 years of experience serving the state of Indiana. With a dedicated commitment to excellence, Kendall currently oversees services for a thriving team of 200+ employees.
As a residential provider, Kendall recognizes the paramount importance of adhering to state regulations to ensure the highest standards of care. Understanding the challenges of maintaining compliance and the urgency of staff training, Kendall embarked on a quest to find tailored solutions for the “niche “industry. Yet, the search proved daunting – affordable, effective, and non-subscription-based training options were scarce.
Driven by the desire to bridge this gap, Kendall envisioned a solution that would offer comprehensive training at an accessible price point, delivering both compliance assurance and flexibility for organizations and their staff.
